Account recovery should happen only through a verified service. A support agent should never need your password, wallet PIN or one-time verification code.
Confirm the real service
Check the hostname and HTTPS connection before using a recovery form. Avoid links delivered by an unsolicited private message, even when the sender uses a familiar logo.
Reset access safely
